We had to wait very long for hot water and when it came, it was just a bit more than warm, no kettle, and no hair dryer. We wanted to sit outdoors, and when we found the outdoor seating area, there were only 4 Muskoka chairs and a few picnic tables. There was no space anywhere for us to play board games comfortably.

Staff were accommodating to my initial concerns of food odour coming from a staff kitchen in lower level of hotel. Replacement room was satisfactory.

We were supposedly upgraded to the Living Waters resort. If this room was an upgrade I can't imagine what the room in the golf resort would have been like. The furniture in the room was designed for midgets. The fan in the bathroom was so load it could give you a headache if left on.

The hotel is adding a wing so hard to assess quality during construction but one thing is clear. The internet is not great.

We had a wonderful check-in experience. Although we arrived early and the room wasn’t ready, Ferdie went out of his way to assist us with an early check-in, allowing us to rest in our room sooner than expected.

Everything was great except the fact that the thermostat was locked at a certain temperature. It wouldn't let me drop it below 20 degrees C. The room got hot at night and the fan wouldn't come on to cool the room.

Had an issue right away as the room we were put in was not the room shown on hotels.com. They advised that picture is from their sister property. Also the shower curtain was a foot too short and water flooded the bathroom floor and my clothes got all wet. Front desk customer service was not good and they didn’t want to take responsibility for the issue. They did switch us rooms which was nice but the room was much smaller and wasn’t the premium room I paid for. This was all very frustrating considering we were staying at this hotel because we had no hydro for 5 days and needed some warmth.
