Excellent customer service
We got stuck in the historic snowstorm in Savannah and ended up spending almost all of our time during the 5-day stay in the hotel. Service was excellent! Everyone working there was super friendly and accommodating. Well-located to get around the historic district easily - everything was in walking distance. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience given the circumstances.

It was fine. Nothing outstanding. WiFi was bad only worked 2 of 4 days. Card was charged over $100 for snacks clearly by accident but nobody could tell me why. No waters in the room is a bold move too.

Great Hotel—Very Satisfied
Everything was excellent! Clean, quiet, and spacious room with comfortable beds. Bathroom and shower were great too. Everything seemed very new. Only thing that was somewhat confusing was trying to figure out how the thermostat worked. Highly recommend.

Good stay and worth the price!
Overall stay was good. I was charged twice on the incidental charge but it balanced out and the front desk was nice when asked about it. DO NOT pay for valet parking, instead park diagonally in the City parking garage and it’ll be much cheaper. For 3 nights and taking the car out once only paid $25 for parking.

It’s was a good place to stay.
I like the location, public parking across the street, newer building, good gym on location. It needs to be cleaned & maintained better. Hallways needs vacuuming. I would stay again

2 night stay with kids
The hotel staff was polite at check in. The room was spacious. Our sofa was dirty and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. No pack and plays for babies so bring your own. Also no internet while we were there. I recommend parking in the garage across the street. 2 days was $25 vs $39 for valet each night. Not much help with bags or bringing things down unless you valet. Tight space upfront to pull in so prepare to wait if multiple people are checking in. Hotel is not as close to all the tourist stops. You have to walk about 7-8 blocks to get to the area with all the restaurants and etc. Pretty dark walking at night too.

Great hotel experience
It was a great stay. Nice part of downtown Savannah. Super comfy bed which is an extreme plus. We will definitely book again when we come back. If you don’t want to use the valet parking, there is a parking garage right across from it. One night stay it was $10.
