Comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel
Very much enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and very clean, staff friendly and welcoming. The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent and we also very much appreciated the bar and the various cocktails we tried. Worth getting to breakfast early if you can because it does get busy later. My only criticism is that the service was variable- from over eager as my drinks were cleared while i was queuing at the breakfast buffet, to slow on a busy evening where our pudding didnt arrive and we had to push for our bill to be presented. Overall though, a really enjoyable stay

Great location
Nice hotel, well located within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and beach. Good breakfast included. Small hotel with no entertainment but disco across the road which was quite noisy if you had a room overlooking the pool.

I stayed at this property when it opened about 15 years ago, it didn’t have a pool. I found it very charming, nice, clean, the staff excellent!! This time the entire screen screamed struggle. Closed hotels, no access to beaches, I pray St Lucia goes gold star and not lose to resentments.

I like that everything was in close proximity to me and the staff was very welcoming and friendly but I did not appreciate the last minute notice about the ongoing renovations/construction on the property, I was told about it after I checked in and whilst there it became an eyesore. Also I was not pleased with the tv in my room it kept malfunctioning and the remote would not work. I wanted to go for a night swim but At night, the lighting out by the pool was very dim plus there were no lights at all inside of the pool after being told that the pool will be open 24/7 day and night I believe that at night the lighting in and surrounding the pool should be well lit for safety measures.

Family stay
This is a nice hotel with maybe the best location. Is sad to see the lack of service. The housekeeper used to come so early to ask to enter to service the room, and never came back. We didn’t see anyone from tours or activities, the service at the pool was totally absent. Breakfast variety is very good and the quality is fine. We didn’t have lunch or dinner on any of our 4 nights.

Would definitely return. All the staff were exceptional. Location in Rodney Bay was super convenient. Close to restaurants, bars, supermarket and Reduit Beach. Did not have dinner but the local breakfast was fantastic.

Un séjour que nous avons voulu garder cet hôtel ayant déjà séjourné dedans.. Sauf déçu rien qu'au niveau réception ou on à droit sachant que c'est bi lingues et les employés ne veulent que parler anglais et ne vouloir rien faire comme effort pour comprendre les clients Je n'ai pas été le seul dans le cas Petit déjeunner le vendredi et samedi on vous sert un café à base d'eau en large L e samedi y a pas de croissant et miraculeusement le dimanche tout ai la.....
