It was conveniently located away from the Rt 6 (main rout through the cape) but close. Also close to Hyannis, and the ferry docks. Keltic kitchen down the road is the best and most affordable breakfast spot I have been to in quite a long time…

Room was very clean and spacious. Beds were not comfortable, very hard mattresses but we're large enough for me and my wife and my two young adults. Hard to get out of the driveway as the pool fence blocks the road view for on coming traffic. I would recommend this hotel!

The outside of this hotel is really really bad. The people staying in the room below us had garbage everywhere and a grill, lots of people hanging outside but looked more like they lived there, and someone knocked on our door at 3am. Would not recommend or stay again.

Guy at the front desk is great very accommodating, good place if you just want to keep to yourself, your S/O, or your friends. No one bothers you as long as you’re respectful. Can smoke on balcony and outside the room has ashtrays and chairs to sit in.
