A bit of a mess
It appears that they may be undergoing a big renovations or they just have a lot of junk laying around. One issue i had wa that we stayed 3 days and they nerver cleaned our room. One day rhe maid did come by bit i asked her to return in 30 minutes but she never returned.

Stayed from Friday to Monday. Saturday night, in the neighbor unit there was a lot of domestic arguing going on. Slamming of the door. It was uncomfortable to stay next door to them. It went on all night and it seems that the front desk did nothing about it.

Walls were very dirty, smelt like smoke when I entered hotel. There was a stick inside the plug, very not safe! Check in guy was very rude! Throwing my debit and ID information at me. Looks and feels like a prison place.
