It is a magnificent apartment located on Julio César street, one of the best and most sought-after in the city.The building itself is very exclusive, even though it has been recently restored, it is a centennial building, with only one apartment on each floor, elevator and high quality finishes. In addition, the old City Wall of Seville (12th century) is an almost a part of the same building, this being one of the reasons why it is listed as a City Heritage.Already located in the house itself, we find a large kitchen behind the entrance, with a central island, all furnitured with quality materials and finishes. It is fully equipped with everything you need and with certain details that denote the quality and taking care of any aspect of the house (Nespreso coffee machine, Smeg mixer, etc.). Continuing on through the kitchen, we arrive at the living room with outdoor views facing Julio César street, with South-West orientation, which guarantees many hours of sunshine. It is also decorated with elegantly combined design high-end furniture. Enjoying it in the company is one of the best experiences that this apartment will give you.Going back through the kitchen, we reach the sleeping area. Both bedrooms are interior but with natural light and absolutely silent, which in combination with the high quality beds will guarantee complete rest during the vacation. The rooms are facing the interior courtyard where the remains of the Seville Wall are located, a luxury available in very few Sevillian houses. One of the bedrooms has a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and the other one has two beds of 0.90 x 2.00. The both bedrooms are ensuite, each with a shower tray.The location of the apartment is magnificent, Julio César street is one of the most demanded by Sevillians due to the quality of their houses and the category of the street itself. It is located in the city center, a few minutes from the main attractions such as the Cathedral, Giralda tower or Alcázar Palace. In addition, in the area there are countless small tapas bars, restaurants, Sevillian historical shops, supermarkets, etc.Without a doubt, the Julio César apartment is the perfect combination for those looking for a very special stay in Seville.
