I stayed at this hotel from 9/11/2025-9/15/2025. My room was cleaned on 9/12/2025. When I returned to my room on 9/13/2025 after 5 p.m., I found that my room hadn't been cleaned. The same happened on 9/14/2025; I asked the front desk clerk on 9/14/2025 why my room wasn't cleaned, I was told that they were short-staffed & one of the housekeepers wasn't there that day. I then pointed out that my room wasn't cleaned the day before that & asked if the housekeeper was out that day as well. I think the desk clerk said she was out then as well, but I can't remember the reason she gave me. Since my room hadn't been cleaned since 9/12/2025, when I left the morning of 9/14/2025 to go to training for my job, I specifically told the front desk clerk that I wanted my room cleaned that day, & she assured me it would be. I returned to my room 9/14/2025, & the room was not cleaned. The front desk clerk was very nice & I felt bad for her, but I realized that I had no clean towels in my room because none had been brought in because housekeeping services hadn't been provided. I asked for towels. The front desk clerk gave me one hand towel (no washcloths or bath towels) & apologized & said that was all she had because the laundry hadn't been done that day either. WHAT?? I took the towel & went to my room only to discover that now, I was also out of toilet paper. I got a roll of toilet paper from the front desk clerk. I would never stay here again. Wyndham should be ashamed....
