They came beating on the door very next morning saying I smoked in there when I don't even smoke and made me leave on my first day of vacation was very rude ruined my entire trip didn't have money for another room so had to go back home but policy said would just have to pay a cleaning fee not made to leave I never smoked not once in that room

Never Again

The sole positive aspect of my experience was the exceptional service provided by your front desk staff. However, my overall impression was significantly diminished after checking in. Regrettably, the room was in a state of disrepair. The area around the beds and nightstands was visibly uncleaned and lacked a thorough vacuuming. The condition was quite unpleasant. Had I been aware of the poor quality of the pillows, I would have brought my own. As a result of my stay at your establishment, I have resolved to travel with my own personal pillows or purchase them for overnight stays at other hotels. Having raised children, I am intimately familiar with the potential for pillows to become stained and unsanitary, just GROSS. Consequently, I will now inspect the pillows before making any other decisions regarding overnight accommodations. Furthermore, the elementary patchwork applied to the chipped and damaged wall contributed to the overall unappealing appearance of the room. Consequently, I have decided to refrain from visiting your establishment in the future.

Good For One Night.

When I arrived at the hotel it was too early to check-in but the front desk staff helped me get settled and get to my room. This hotel was great for the one night I stayed. Thank goodness I travel with my laptop. That was the only way I could watch TV. The TV wouldn’t connect to the internet therefore the apps didn’t work. I couldn’t even use the cast feature. That was super disappointing. Other than that’s it was an OK stay.

It was somewhat sleepable. It was not as clean as Id liked. The first room we were given upon entry a pacifier was on the floor, stains on the sheets, and two ketchup packets were on top of the headboard. I was given another room and the sink was stopped up, the remote would not turn the volume up or down on the tv, and there were brown things on the floor board by the bed and a bug on the wall in the bathroom the first night. Water spewed out the top of the shower causing the floor, toilet and virtually everywhere to be wet and making black stuff come from under the wallboards in the bathroom. Water was coming from the top portion of the spout not the nozzle where the holes where making the floor wet. My son also saw a bug in the hallway by the ice machine the following morning. We were there for a basketball tournament and I had a hard time resting. The beds were hard. The hotel pics seem to show a nicely renovated room but all the doors on the side of the building looked like someone scratched them up. The staff was pleasant at the desk but when they asked for the manager “Laura” who had walked by me when I asked she said she couldnt come at the moment.
