Was told I would receive check in info by text and checkin time was 4 pm. Never received a text but went into lobby at 4:10 to see many people also waiting to check in. Was told housekeeping was behind.
Was fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room at no cost because I was only there for one night.
I did have a service puppy with me and listed that info when reserving the room- not a pet - yet corporate office sent me an email about their Pet policy which I acknowledged. When I checked in, the lovely lady said she wasn’t going to charge me because she saw the vest but she did take my credit card for incidentals. Next day, when I left, I checked my charges and I was charged for a pet cleaning fee!! I did email and Joy was quick to respond that they saw the notation and were going to refund the charge but would take 3-5 days.
I checked out at 7 am before the Check Out emails went out to those of us leaving. When I went to the lobby, the computer wasn’t up and running yet but the gentleman at the desk took my room number and said he’s put it into the system when everything was running. At 10 am, while I was driving the last 400 miles of my trip, I got a text with check out instructions. What?!!
Loved the location. Loved the room. They charge for parking which isn’t noted on their listing but there’s lots of street parking. The booking is NON REFUNDABLE so make sure you don’t need to make any changes.
