I am VERY disappointed, I paid for my 50th Birthday trip well in advance. When I got to the hotel they put me in a regular room and I paid for the junior suite! When I got to the room I realized its not what I paid for so I went back to the front desk and showed proof of what I paid for. They said the will move me into the suite the next day after 3pm. I told them i wanted to be refunded for the difference. I was told because I went through a 3rd party travel agent I would have to contact expedia. I called expedia and they hung up on me twice. So I waited until I got to the US and called. They tild me they spoke with the hotel and i could get refunds after I pay 300.00 in taxes. I should NOT have to pay for something I already paid for , it was NOT my fault that I was put in the WRONG ROOM!!! This is unexplainable and terrible customer service! I will be file a complaint with the BBB this is wrong to treat a consumer this way for something that was not my fault!!!!
