When you get to the lobby you can feel the humidity smell. Awful, the lady at the front desk was a little rude. The room was dirty, hallways dirty smelling like marihuana and the room was super dirty, you could see bedbugs on the beds. Filthy, when I request to be changed to a clean room. The lady said no. I have been staying at this hotel for about 10 years. It's very convenient for Universal and International Drive attractions. The hotel is very sparse, but considering the convenience and cost, it's good. It is clean and staff is helpful. Downside: They have removed the refrigerators and microwaves from the rooms. I'm not sure if you have to ask if you want those amenities.

Hotel is located on International drive, with lots of restaurants nearby, grocery, pharmacy and convenience store as well as souvenir shops The room was big, but the electrical plugs that were available were far from the bed, one on the right (the other was occupied by the lamp) and the other in front of the bed (the other was occupied by the TV) Found hair in the shower and something on sink...

It was OK. The room smell very fresh but the water from toilet poured out when flushed, we were placed in a room right next to elevator and the elevator noise roared all night making it hard to sleep. TV didn’t work and had to be swapped out. There was no bath towels in bathroom, a piece of iron stuck out from underneath bed which is dangerous because you can’t see it until you hit it with your foot that caused me a lot of pain. Walls were cracking and paint peeling , holes in wall near unit to the point you can see outside. Price should match how rooms look. These rooms are priced to high to be in condition they are in.
