They stole the $100 I left as a deposit.

The hotel is fine, there is no problem with the cleanliness or attention, but they agreed to return the deposit of 100 dollars that they asked me to give me the room. When I left the hotel they told me that they would return the deposit in 4 days. It's been 10 days now and I have not received any response from the hotel.

When they update the hotel, I may stay there again

When I arrived, there were three associates just talking to each other. I stood there for a good 11 minutes when I finally said can anyone of the three of you check me in. It smelled inside of the hotel, the hallway, the elevator and the rooms. The parking lot has potholes. I believe they’re going through renovation. They charge a five dollar service fee to park./ WiFi The location of the hotel, is a close walk to many shops on international Drive. My room was spacious. The furniture was old wood- completely outdated. The air conditioner was so loud but worked. They need to throw out all the pillows, basically useless. The bed was comfy, the sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean. Clean towels. I noticed a few small bugs in the room, but nothing too major. There is no refrigerator, no microwave. So if you’re planning to stay more than a day, get a cooler. The TV was small, but all the channels worked. The doors of the hotel need to be fixed- with better top. They just need to update the Furniture update the hotel and train the staff for better customer service.

Not Movie magic

The room was gross. Dirty washcloth still on the shower curtain rod, everything was dingy and dirty and the bathroom door was rotting away at the bottom. I took my daughter to a theme park near by and stayed there. Looked like drug dealers outside and I was embarrassed she saw this place.

Bien si critères de chambre très bas

Lors de notre arrivée, malgré la moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain et une légère odeur de cannabis dans les couloirs nous avons bien dormi. Les serviettes fournies par l’hôtel sont sales, de grosses taches oranges y sont incrustées. Le deuxième réveil a été surprenant. Il y a eu la rosée dans notre chambre, la pièce est tellement humide que ça a duré toute la journée malgré les 35 degrés en température extérieure. Le personnel a été étonné mais nous a changé de chambre. Chambre dans laquelle il n’y avait que 2 serviettes pour 3 personnes ainsi que 2 oreillers… De manière générale l’hôtel est sale et des sacs poubelles jonchent les couloirs. Points positifs, la piscine est agréable et localisation pratique car un arrêt de bus est au pied de l’hôtel.

Community microwave

False advertising no microwave in room only a community microwave in lobby, no game room, no fitness room, door handles falling off, has ants and roaches . Sketch people pushing Walmart carts outside. Elevator out of order, ceiling with a terrible leak in hall way. Yea it’s cheaper than other hotels, and I’m far from picky but it’s really bad, wouldn’t recommend.

I called the hotel because I need to do my checking early morning the next day. They mentioned that they have 24/7 service in the front desk. When I arrived there, there's was no one to complete my check in.

Péssimo

Quase perdi meu casamento! Já tinha me hospedado aqui uma vez e tinha sido até ok, relevei muita coisa. Mas dessa vez foi terrível. Chegamos e não tinha frigobar, não tinha micro-ondas, e a cama que deveria ser dupla veio só uma — e ainda pequena. O banheiro estava com goteira, o vaso entupido e muito mofo no ambiente. Quase saí correndo pra procurar outro hotel, só não fiz isso porque a gente só vinha pra dormir mesmo. Sou um hóspede tranquilo, não tenho frescura, mas dessa vez foi difícil demais. Localização excelente, mas a estrutura está MUITO precária. Sinceramente, não vale a economia. Economia que nao valeu a pena , quase que a mulher me deixa rs Segunda vez que me hospedo, mas definitivamente a última. Só Jesus na causa!

Moldy everywhere and AC doesn’t work, beds aren’t comfortable, dehumidifier causes a smoky smell if you use it, beds aren’t clean and have hair, building is outdated and not well taken care of, front desk will not answer phone if you call because they muted it, and they will not let you speak to a manager if you need these issues addressed. Checked out within 1 hour of check in, and you’ll likely experience the same so it’s not worth it don’t go here. Go somewhere with better reviews even if it costs a little more, this place is uninhabitable
