The hotel is as clean as it could be given its age. The first night the fire alarm went off from midnight to 12:30, but they did give us a credit of $20. But that morning I woke up to a flooded bathroom, from a leak in the ceiling. I had to move to a new room, which they thankfully accommodated. When I got to the room for the second night, the cable wasn’t working, so the maintenance man had to come fix that.They gave me a credit of less than 10% for all that inconvenience. I asked to speak to a manager at eight in the morning, but they told me she was not in yet and that they had sent her a text a while ago about another issue and she had not responded yet. So there was no one on site that could help me with my concern.
