WONDERFUL VALUE! SUPER CLEAN!
We stayed for a full week and had a great time in the area. The hotel was super clean, the housekeeping staff was EXCELLENT, the place was always clean. The breakfast was great-the lady who worked it everyday was so efficient-always restocking and cleaning. The front desk staff was great too! Everything was conveniently located to the hotel also. Downtown took 20 mins to get to, as did the Indianapolis Fair Grounds where we were working everyday --we will stay here again for sure

Loud unattended kids being loud all night. People in our group called and reported a noise complaint but nothing was done. When we dirt walked in the lobby smelt like weed, then got to our floor and the weed smell was so strong it was terrible.

Breaking was very good. We were on 4th floor this time. End of hall had a musty smell & when we got up to go eat breakfast it reeked of weed in the hallway. We have been to your facility twice in 2 weeks. Price, breakfast & accommodation was very comfortable.

The hotel room was very clean, smelled nice, and was very organized. However, the TV would not switch HDMIs to allow our Firestick to work. We still enjoyed the channels on the TV, though, and we had everything we needed.

Staff stole my wallet.
Stay was okay but I accidentally left my wallet at the hotel and was assured by hotel staff that they had it and gave them my credit card information for them to mail the wallet to me as they said was their policy. I was told I would get a phone call once it was mailed by someone. Never got a phone call, and then I called a couple of days after the first conversation just for the hotel to tell me that they had mailed it and it’s no longer there. However I have a GPS chip that still shows the wallet is at the hotel and I explained that to them but they still insist that they mailed it and it is no longer there. It’s been over a day since this conversation took place with no updates and the wallet still shows its around the hotel somewhere from its last ping. I’m starting to think they stole it or did something other than mail it to me like they said they would. Definitely replacing all my cards and changing the numbers on everything and wouldn’t recommend even asking the staff for help as they will take your card information then conveniently forget to mail it out probably into their pockets.
