Ok hotel but won’t stay again

It was family friendly however we stayed in a handicap room that said it had a seat for the tub. The tub was not slip safe and as a result my 81 year old mom fell and there was not an accessible grab bar for her to use to get up. We had to call paramedics for assistance.

This is an older hotel but still very clean and well kept. I stayed for two nights and had zero problems or incidents. Super easy location to get back onto the interstate and near lots of shopping/restaurants.

We stayed at Americann Inn because girlfriend had surgery at The hospital right away next morning. The gentleman who was working that sunday was very polite and helpful when we needed extra towels for our room and apologize because the tv.didnt worked.He came in and got it going after saying sorry about this happening. If we need to stay in Burnsville again we will stay there again

People slamming doors multiple times. Was woke up an hour and a half before my alarm went off Was promised a room and it was not clean. It was filthy. Was verbally assaulted by a woman who said her child died. She blamed me and the hotel banned me because of her lies

I feel like this place is getting worse from the last time I was there. There’s no one in the front desk most of the time, if you need something and the breakfast sucks. Pool water looks cloudy and bleach you can smell it from the lobby.
