2 TVs

This was the first hotel room that I stayed in that has 2 tvs in a single king. 1 for the bed, one for the couch side. Only 2 sided suites have that luxury, so I thought that was pretty cool

Had to move rooms

Our bathroom didnt flush when we first got there. We go tell the lady, and of course they are sold out of the room we picked. Then the other room we were in, did not have certain things i was expecting that were like the first room. Was overall depressed.

Excellent!

We decided to book a room at the last minute because we were fatigued from driving 9 hours. Irish was a friendly face at the desk! Our 8 lb puppy was very welcomed and when we got to our room it felt like heaven! The beds were just as comfortable as a cloud and the bathroom was squeaky clean. We recommend this hotel!

Great!

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good and was open for decent amount of hours to accommodate early and late risers. Hotel staff friendly and courteous. We lower 2 bags in the parking lot accidentally Friday morning and someone turned them into the front desk with everything still in there when we returned late Friday night. Honest people are hard to find these days!

Our stay was okay

The hotel looks nice and modern. Our beds were very comfortable. One of our 2 TVs did not work and we made the front desk aware. The bathroom sink was Very clogged. You could not wash your hands without the sink filling all the way up with water. We saw ants on the desk in our room. We were on the second floor. Also there were 4 of us- my husband and I and our 2 kids. We had to write the number of guests on the reservation. The room only had 2 big towels and a bunch of small hand towels. That is not enough for 4 people. Furthermore we were under the impression that the indoor pool is heated. The pool was freezing cold.

Overnight stay

The lady checking in didn’t go over anything! Wasn’t sure about breakfast or times. We just guessed! Usually the hotel stays they greet you when in eyesight of you but nothing! Shampoo in the shower was empty! Overall a good stay!

Definitely Staying Again!

It was absolutely amazing and the staff was very welcoming!! We had a power outage and my oldest son has a heart condition so no air wasn’t going to work! The pool was super cold though!! The staff also was chill about my kids writing them thank you notes 😁

Rude Guest

Our stay was interrupted by a rude and uncaring individual who had their tv volume on maximum. I called the front desk twice. The second time, he stated that he couldn't get a response from the person. Obviously the tv volume was so loud, they couldn't hear the phone ringing in their room. I heard the employee banging repeatedly on their door. Finally after about 15 minutes, the volume was lowered. However, the tv remained on and could still be heard. There's nothing worse than people who think they're the only ones occupying space. Very disappointing.
