The hotel room was dirty. Furniture was riped and torn. Floor was scummy. Toilet handle was actualy cracked and should have been replaced. Pictures on the web did not match actual room.

Ill have to say this was the worst experience ive had. Room was dirty floors weren't moped smelled like cigarettes nasty, bathtub shower was dirty with mold the stairs and elevator doesn't look like they been cleaned in years. The manager, isnt very helpful, just the worst stay ever ive had will never go there again or say anything more. The front desk folks the two i had contact with were very friendly and accommodating. No pics sorry was to pissed. I should have left, but my issue short to find somewhere else, as was a very busy trip

Functional, not fancy, but fine

It's four walls and a ceiling, dry, mostly clean, functional. My key card REPEATEDLY didn't work, but they front desk was always cheerful in getting it fixed. The keycards RARELY worked on the car gate.

Wasnt worth the 2 stars it was given by other people. My room had NO heat, NO Tv or internet service and the blankets were too thin for a freezing cold snowy night.

Awful experience came in late and office was closed had to call someone’s cell to open up. I got into the room no heat/ac in the room and no one to call. No furniture or any thing in the room. Man was outside at midnight scrubbing the walls. I left in the middle of the night couldn’t sleep with how bad everything was . No one in the office limited hours so I couldn’t even talk to anyone about the stay. Waste of money can’t get a refund

This is nothing like the photos. There is not a gate around the property, there is no one in the office ever even during their posted hours which ends at 7pm. The office is also closed on Sundays and you have to call to get someone to help. The windows open and there are no screens. You have to take your own trash downstairs, any left over trash is a fee of 20 per bag. There is a sign that they do background checks of guest in the lobby which is odd for a hotel. It was close to where we needed to be, had hot water always, and cheap which is the only reason there are any stars at all. It seems to be sketchy all around but it was a means to the end.

I wasn't told by Expedia or by the property that if I showed up after six they would cancel my reservation. So, at 9pm after traveling all day, we show up and the guy at the front says my name isn't on the manifest. I confirmed the address with him and he told me about the cancellation policy. I had to find alternative accommodations and the guy at the front wouldn't even let me stay in the front office area to find a hotel that would take us. I had to do that outside in the cold. We ended up at the Woodspring Suites in Littleton, which turned out to be far from paradise, but was at least in a safe area, clean, and had an available room.

The front desk/reception seems to be closed part if not all the time. I arrived at 9pm. The hotel seems to be a long-term living space. With all the gates and fences, it feels like a compound. Cheap but I wouldn’t do it again.

I was unable to complete my stay. When I called the property Ito confirm, I was then told about a deposit that i was unable to pay so I then tried to cancel and was told no refund. I tried to cancel within 2 hrs of booking and was denied. I slept ouside with my chilren in Colorado. I deserve a full refund and apology.
