This was not our best stay. After having driven six hours to get to our hotel, we find that they tried to put us in a double bed room when I informed them that we paid for a king. The young lady was rude and disrespectful, and basically said there was nothing that she could do. I asked to speak to a manager, and when the manager found a room for us, it winded up being an ADA room. I work in the hotel industry, so I’m very familiar with lower counters and the status of these rooms. We made it work because it was one day, but I know I would never go back to stay.
