Falta de preparo e atendimento hostil

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente negativa. Fiz uma reserva para 4 pessoas (2 adultos e 2 crianças), mas ao chegar, havia apenas 2 toalhas no quarto. Após uma longa viagem de carro de mais de 6 horas, estávamos exaustos e precisávamos tomar banho. Ao solicitar as toalhas adicionais na recepção, o atendente disse que não poderia fornecer no momento. Quando insisti, explicando que a reserva era para 4 pessoas, fui tratado de forma grosseira e hostil, com gritos e até a ameaça de que eu deveria deixar a propriedade imediatamente. Esse comportamento é absolutamente inaceitável e gerou medo e insegurança, especialmente por estar acompanhado de minhas filhas pequenas. Mesmo acionando o suporte do Hoteis.com, o problema não foi resolvido e ficamos sem as condições mínimas de hospedagem. O mínimo que se espera é respeito e cumprimento do básico: fornecer toalhas para todos os hóspedes incluídos na reserva. A postura do hotel foi desrespeitosa, constrangedora e demonstra total despreparo no atendimento ao cliente. Não recomendo esta propriedade.

Bad

My experience at this hotel was bad. The people werent bad but the whole experience was overall bad. I could not breathe in the room, there was a smell. A bad one. I threw a moving blanket and a tarp over the bed. Still got bit by bedbugs. And other residents around me were trying to solicit things. I got out of there as soon as possible. It cost more money after i bought the lysol, moving blankets, new clothes and tarps to put on bed. Just eat the extra cost and pick any other hotel around the area, because it is a cool area

Not a very good sta

The air conditioner did not work in my room for the entire stay, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The water never got hot for my shower. I was not able to shower the first night because there was no hygiene products provided. The last night there I saw a cockroach which made me check all of my belongings before I packed everything up to load into my car.

Todo estuvo muy bien todo tranquilo pero lo único que pongan más atención porque el cuarto gue me dieron gue fue el #111 no tenía jabón ni papel de baño no tenía de lo gue usa en el baño eso es lo único un poco más de atención gracias

Front desk little Asian guy is EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. After checking in I felt like just checking out again. Felt super unwanted there. They were taking pictures of me when I was talking to someone in the parking lot. They didnt let me extend my stay and stood at my door asi was trying to leave by checkout time

If I could give 0 starts I would. While staying on the property, I made the front desk aware that the mirror had fallen off the wall in my room. Thank goodness it didn’t break. That being said, I got yelled at by the person at the front desk. I bought what was needed and put the mirror back on the wall. I stayed here only because it was closer to work, but realized I’ll never stay here again. I don’t need to be yelled at and treated that way. I’d rather stay somewhere farther away knowing I’m treated better and not yelled at.
