I didn’t like how dirty the room was. This is not a hotel I would recommend.

This hotel has potential but the hallway carpet was dirty!! The hallway smelled like dirty diapers, trash cans on the 2nd floor were overflowing. The room seemed clean until I dropped my phone beside the bed, there was hair and dirt everywhere!!! Disgusting! Front desk staff extremely nice. I definitely voiced my concerns and disappointment... will Not return

Overall I’m happy with my stay in this Hotel. Absolutely friendly staff an a good room. What you need more? I come back every time when I’m in Troy.

I have been here several times this year and last. Always great staff, and clean rooms. Parking lot is in good condition and very well lit also. Will be a regular stay for me when in the area!

Do NOT be fooled by the lobby this place is a complete rip-off. The second you check in and leave that fancy-looking front area, reality smacks you in the face. Dingy black carpets (that were clearly once blue?), stained and disgusting, line the hallways like a horror movie set. I specifically booked a room with a whirlpool tub based on the photos showing a nice, modern setup with hardwood floors and a spacious, clean layout. What we walked into was a nightmare: green carpet, it was even wrapped around the hot tub, and the entire room smelled like a mix of mildew, dirty carpet, and straight-up disappointment. It was filthy and depressing. We asked to be moved, and while the second room did have hardwood floors, it was barely an upgrade. There was hair all over the place, that same nasty smell lingered, and to top it off, the Wi-Fi didn’t even work. For what we paid, this place was an absolute joke. Save your money and your sanity — stay literally anywhere else.

Stayed one night..,,the hotel front desk staff were wonderful! The carpet in the hallway definitely needs to be replaced!!! Not clean at all! The room wasn't the greatest the bathroom counter was sticky. The refrigerator had left over soda and food. And something about that bed was uncomfortable!

Not happy with my room. It was decent. Shower drain was clogged so that was unpleasant & annoying. For the price it was ok for what it was. Most likely won’t return.

Property was dirty, rooms were not cleaned, did not feel safe Aside from the lobby, this hotel was nothing like the pics which are listed. Our room was not vacuumed and there was brown stuff smeared in the bathroom. Friends had to change their room twice and both were dirty. Their balcony had a crack pipe and cigarette butts littered around. The entire hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes. We did not even stay. Booked another room down the road which was way better.
