なんでもっと早く泊まらなかったんだろうと後悔する位、快適なホテルでした。 駅直結の、あのホテルよりホテルマンシップを感じました。 到着早々にラウンジでソフトクリームとコーヒーで疲れを癒し、部屋に入ればアームソファにオットマンに丸テーブル。 バゲッジラックに荷物を広げられるのも快適でした。 バスルームにはプラスティックハンガーもあって、洗ったブラウスも干せました。 ウェルカムドリンクのビールとナッツも美味しかったし、夜鳴き蕎麦もおにぎりも良いお味でした。 バスソルトもシートパックも良かったなぁ。 お湯を溜めて寝転んでも、どこも綺麗で汚れがない。お掃除完璧！ フッ素入り歯磨き粉と毛先先細歯ブラシも良かった。 ベッドと枕も良かった。 朝食のはらこ飯も美味しかったし、少な目に頼んだ盛り付けがお上手でした。 大抵ホテルの朝はパンですが、おみづけにつられて頂いた白米も最高でした。 朝食に大きいトレイが無いの、何で？と思いましたが、トレイが無いからか、変な渋滞が少なくて良かったです。 また仙台に行く時はお世話になりたいと思います。 １つお願い出来るとしたら、コーヒーマシンにエスプレッソボタンを付けて欲しいです。 そしたら、アッフォガードが食べられるかなぁ？なんて。

良かった点：雨の日で21時過ぎのチェックインでしたが、おそらくはキャンペーンで夜食の鴨蕎麦とアルコール１杯、おつまみ、ソフトドリンクなどが無料で提供されて助かりました。また、朝食のバイキングは、仙台名物を中心とした品揃えが豊富で、特にはらこ飯と牛たんカレー、長茄子漬け、笹かまぼこ、煮物、汁物、新鮮なサラダや果物など、ビジネスホテルの枠を超えています。反面、洋食のメニューは少なめでした。仕事柄、国内外で年間40泊程はホテルに滞在しますが、外資のMホテル系列と比べても、食事の質は優っている様にも感じました。普段は採点のみですが、ポジティブな驚きでしたので投稿しました。 要改善点：部屋入口の扉が軋んでおり夜間は気になるレベルでした。また、シャワーカーテンを吊るすレールと壁の取り付けが緩んでおり、放置すると危険だと思いました。両方とも清掃の際にでも常時点検すべきだと思います。また、コインランドリーを使用しましたが、この規模に対して３台は少なく、寝落ちしたこともあって早朝まで待つ形となりました。スペースの問題もあるとは思いますが改善が望ましいと思います。
