Perfect location for us on our stay in York. Apartment had everything we needed, two bathrooms worked well with the kids and a cosy kitchen/living area. I didn’t receive info for check in prior, so it was a bit of hassle tracking down their number, but once in touch they were very helpful, polite and accomodating. Thank you for hosting us.

Unsatisfactory Condition & NOT Friendly Attitude
So the blinds are broken & the bed is not clean. The room is huge tho. The house could not receive cellphone signal which is local SIM. They would not let me change booking date or store credit unless the date of my booking is sold. They basically asked me to cancel the booking which i have paid & no refund will be made. Not friendly attitude because i have called them 5 mins after i have booked the wrong date, they are money sucker and wouldn't allow me to change dates even i explained. I have to give away the booking to my friends in London and they give the feedbacks of the environment.

Really great stay, few minor improvements needed
Property location is amazing and flat was clean. We really enjoyed our stay but a few improvements could be made. No plug or cloth for dishes in the kitchen. Broken blinds in living room, toilets had brick supports and small rips in bedding. If these small things were rectified the stay would be perfect.

Amazing clean central apartment
Apartment was fantastic. Clean, very central - literally a five minute walk from the Minster. Free parking in garage was a life-saver. Comfortable beds, great shower in the en suite. Well equipped kitchen with tea and coffee pods to get you started. Lovely lounge area. Check in was seamless. A really well run let and a credit to the owner - thank you so much, hope to return soon!

More info needed.
The property was amazing. The info given for check in was brief. And the info given about the hearing was very brief. The place was roasting hot and the info said turn it down on thermostat by using the - fair enough if you can find it. We searched for an hour then had to open all the windows. Which let all the outside noise in. Would of been the perfect place to stay if the heat didn’t keep us all awake.

Great location & value for money
Enjoyed our stay for a weekend with friends. Apartment kitchen well stocked. Beds were ok, bathrooms and apartment were clean. My only criticism is the fans could do with cleaning as quite dusty. I would stay here again as a great location & value for money.

Unhappy
We received an email telling us where the keys would be to check in at 3. The keys were not there so contacted the apartment who advised someone would meet us soon as possible. 15 mins the lady that cleans shows up and advises the apartment still hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests and if we wanted to leave our bags and come back later. The apartment was in a disgusting mess from the previous booking. This was booked for my partners 40th so needless to say we were not happy. All I can say is never again as plans were spoilt.
