Wonderful hotel in excellent location for the ao arena, Victoria station and shopping. Very clean and modern but with character too and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and we had a lovely meal there on the first night. I would definitely recommend

We only had an overnight stay, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on the 12th floor and had terrific views over the city. Very comfortable bed, lovely large shower. Nicely decorated throughout. Enjoyed the breakfast plenty of choice. Can not fault the hotel would definitely stay again.

Stayed at this hotel for one night whilst going to a show at the AO Arena. Location excellent. Room lovely and very clean. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was breakfast, booked a timeslot but service was slow and food average. Would definitely stay again

Really nice luxury hotel, modern clean and well furnished. Comfortable large bed with brilliant white bedding. Air conditioning quiet and works great The only problem is staffing, service is slow due to lack of staff. The staff working are very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for the Arena, we saw Peter Kay and it was literally a few minutes walk and we were there. Also the Christmas markets were just across the road too! Parking close by was convenient too! Great stay 😀

Great hotel in a fab location, very central. Spotless and clean. The only problem we had was that the heating was faulty, we reported the problem and they were quick to give us a portable heater but it wasn’t very powerful so didn’t really heat the room.
