We were turned away from the OYO hotel. We were told that they do not accept reservations from foreign guests. We showed them our booking information, passports, and visas but they said it was “against their rules”. This took about 2 hrs of discussion before we decided we were not going to be able to stay there. We had to make arrangements to stay at another hotel last night. I am still waiting to receive a full refund from Hotels.com.
