I did not feel safe Knor the other 6 in my party. We rented 4 rooms. The elevator was super slow and only 3 to 4 People were allowed on it. They need to be replaced. We waited 20 minutes from 6th floor to lobby. We were not allowed to use what is supposed to be the emergency stairs unless there was a fire. Even at that the stairs don't have access to ground level. I will never stay there again or my Loved ones.

For an emergency stay its ok.
Rooms very crowded, they need an upgrade on the towels. The A/C didn't cool the room, the last day we didn't sleep because it got up to 80°F even thought we complained and the staff was very nice and helpful. They changed us of room, but still it felt cool 10 mins in, then it did not cool at all. Breakfast was ok all 3 days we got same thing, chilaquiles, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice, cereal and beans. Overall convenient because of location, stores around. I wouldn't recommend for a lond stay and with children. Staff very nice and helpful.

I decided to try this hotel I herd go thing about it ,but when I arrived alot of dust and dirty out side I went up to the 2nd floor,the office staff was nice on the inside was clean everything from that point was good ,untail I checked out ,so I did but I didn't notice that I lefted something thing behind and was very busy that day that when I noticed that I was missing my brand new baseball Caps where missing so I said to myself I will go there the next morning to retrieve my items to see if the staff turned them they told me no,and no one else had rented that room the only other person that had entered was the cleaning person,I lefted my hats on top of the counter bye the window,I'm thinking I've traveled over 3,500 miles and then this where you can't even trust your own staff . will I ever return would you........it not so much the value it's the trust !!!!!!!!!!

Lo elegí por lo "pet-friendly" y aunque es de bajo costo, hay pocas opciones y decidí rentar hotel en lugar de Airbnb. Todo bien, en general, solo la actitud y trato de la recepcionista Carmen, son sumamente malos. No importa si es hotel de bajo costo, debe tratar con cordialidad y respeto a todos los huéspedes o mejor no la pongan en la recepción.

Habitaciones pequeñas. El elevador es un problema únicamente hay 2 elevadores que vienen saturados y no puedes subir y bajar en horas pico. Además las escaleras están cerradas entonces tienes que esperar hasta poder subir.
