The elevator was not working. Had to walk up six flight of stairs. WIFI didn’t work!! TV was so small with such a big space. The water in the shower was too hot. no way of controlling it, it was either that or freezing cold. Staff at the front desk said check out was at 2 pm but there was a small sign stating it was at 11am $30 extra for later checkout. They tried to get more money. I must say that the bed was very comfortable. Only good part of the stay 😊

Booked this for a few cheap nights in NYC. Wasn’t expecting much based on the price and area. But was very surprised. Room was excellent and pretty big for a cheap New York room. Comfortable bed. Everything was clean. Staff were great. Location was a couple of blocks from the closest subway. I felt safe all the time coming in and out at night. There are a number of other hotels adjacent. Would stay there again.

Upon arrival, I was informed the elevator was out of service. There was no TV remote control in the room, but the staff promptly took care of that. Water pressure in shower wasn’t up to par. Bed was comfy, and bedding clean. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient.

The staff very lovely, friendly. Room clean. They need better instruction (they have none) for tv. As some channels work, some don’t. The internet could be a bit funky (at times). Good heat (in this very cold weather). And two 24/7 delis only half block away and laundromat across the street. Rooms, though, need a bedside table. For cell phone and drinks when in room.

This is not a 5 star hotel but I knew that when I booked it. For the price I was happy with our stay. 5 min walk to F train that takes you straight into mid town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra pillows and towels and they delivered to our room while we were out. Would stay again.

Great location near subway. It took only 20 minutes to get to midtown Manhattan. Very quiet. Clean room, comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Street parking seemed a little unsafe so I purchased nearby gated parking which I found very satisfactory. It is in the middle of a colorful family neighborhood with food trucks and street musicians. Way cheaper than hotels in Manhattan! I would definitely stay here again.
