Local bem simples e confortável, lembrando bem a ideia de estar em uma casa, mas com os atendimentos de uma pousada. Ficamos em uma hospedagem no andar de baixo, infelizmente tivemos um incidente batendo a cabeça na escada, mas pelo improviso no local parecia ser um evento constante.

The bathroom was in terrible shape. The driveway to the parking area was terrifying. The hostess was very kind, but the hotel did not meet our expectations. It was very noisy as well, it’s right on the street and there were lots of other guests coming and going until after midnight.

Internet hat gepasst, Frühstück war das allernötigste da. Zimmer wo ich war verschimmelt, "klomücken", Fernsehen funktionierte nicht und Steckdosen waren runtergehangen, Hinterleitungen sichtbar. Duschkopf konnte man nicht einhängen da es abgebrochen war. Obwohl ich es beim Empfang berichtet habe, nichts hat sich getan. Parkplatz sind für größere Autos weniger geeignet. Bewertung 2 Sterne wegen der Hilfe beim Rausfahren des Autos.

1. Mold in the room 2. No cleaning room 3. Loud noise from staff including manager's family staying and chatting at night 4. Replacing towels with dirty ones 5. Poor management system 6. Staff wasn't able to provide receipts only hotel manager so we had to wait until she was available 7. Hotel manager blamed Expedia for false advertisements 8. For the above reason, hotel manager refused to give us our reserved 'city view' room with twin beds upstairs; but instead, she placed us in the basement with a room that was dirty and moldy, which was immediately reported to Expedia 9. Hotel rating claims to be 3 but overall it deserves a rating of 0 10. Asking Expedia to never partner with this hotel ever again 11. Due to health concerns and an unhealthy and toxic environment, someone needs to investigate this hotel

Upon arrival, we were (sorted of) welcomed by the “receptionist”. He didn't introduce himself or actually say “welcome to the Hotel Borsaslino”. Maybe he still needs to be trained in the basic art of hotel management? We found several long, black hairs on the pillows and sheets. This is another hotel that does not have a grab rail in the shower. The room was roomy and in the basement and that was fine, great on hot days and nights. Breakfast was substantial with cereal, bread, spreads like jams, coffee & tea. Parking is down a narrow laneway in a small parking area. If you are driving a large vehicle, forget about parking here. Find somewhere on the street.

Nous avons réservé une chambre "économique" pour deux personnes, nous avons conscience qu'à ce prix, l'offre comprend un strict minimum et nous ne nous attendions pas à une chambre grand luxe, évidemment. En revanche, nous attendions une chambre propre et confortable, ce qui n'a pas été le cas. Nous avons été logé dans une chambre donnant sur la cour intérieure (type motel). En entrant, la chambre sent l'humidité. En insepctant, je remarque qu'il y a des traces sales sur les murs et les portes (chambre et salle de bain), pas mal de poussière sous le lit, les miroirs ne sont pas vraiment propre, la paroi de douche idem. Dans la salle de bain, pas d'aération mis a part un trou dans le mur dans un angle de la pièce. Au niveau du plafond de la douche, une grande tâche d'humidité avec de la moisissure et la porte de la salle de bain est aussi endommagée par l'humidité. Concernant la literie, le lit n'était pas confortable et le matelas plus court que la normale (les pieds dépassent). La chambre comprenait un ventilateur non réglable dans l'inclinaison car il était cassé, ainsi qu'une fenêtre capricieuse s'ouvrant difficilement. Le parking est fonctionnel, il y a environ 3 places et est situé dans la cour intérieure. En revanche, n'espérez pas y accéder avec un SUV ou autre véhicule large car le passage est très étroit. Le petit déjeuner est correct, vous y trouverez le bonheur dans la simplicité. Le personnel est à l'affût pour ravitailler le buffet quand cela est nécessaire.

Att marknadsföra detta boende som 3 stjärnigt är som att påstå att en fyrkant är rund. Verkligen stämmer inte överens nånstans med bilderna, väggarna var gula som att någon rökt inomhus i flera år, det luktade äckligt på rummet, gick inte att låsa fönstret (bottenplan) ordentligt. Den enda fläkten som fanns att tillgå lät lika mycket som en bil på tomgång. Vi hade bokat 2 nätter men lämnade efter första natten. Personalen var dock väldigt trevlig men det var det enda som levde upp till förväntningarna.

There's a mexican song about a bed of stone and I always thougt it was a metaphor. Not anymore. They offer dayly cleaning but I expend a couple nights and no cleaning at all, although the room was fairly clean upon arrival. Don't get misguided by the photos, you'll be assigned to a room in the back of the property at street level, during summer the heat is intense as the roof is not too high and radiation doest mind how fast the old fan can blow. I had to open the window completely, it felt a little insecure and exposed as there's no fence. Breakfas was OK, better than expected. I left a cooler bottle in the dining room for a few hours and it vanished. When asked personel just shrugged.
