My stay was not so good. Some of my cabinets would not open up. Then the last 2 nights I was there it was really huge bugs in my room and I couldnt sleep under those conditions. They ended up having to switch me to a different room the last night. I will never stay there again

The room I had was a good size with a King size bed. The property is older but the bathtub in the room was not in good condition neither was the toilet seat. The courtyard and pool area was nice. The parking sucked.

Canadian Couple needed 2 nights

The people were nice. The location was awesome! The room was tired and old. There was no closet. Bathroom was reminiscent of a campground. No lamps. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Good pool seating right outside our door. Honestly, I think we're a bit too old for this (low) level of accomodation. But, again, 1/2 block from the amazing Hollywood Broadwalk, so, like Hawaii, they'll rent these room regardless of whether there's a closet.

Only far

Fair. Bed was comfortable and reasonably clean however the kitchenette was totally stripped. Not a fork, plate or glass. No cups absolutely nothing. Floor was sandy so the sand got tracked into the bed. Too many fees. A resort fee????really. This is no resort. And breakfast was short and poor.

The room was dated, the toilet had a seal on it saying sanitized but had pee on the seat. Bed was uncomfortable, there was no dishes at all. Definitely not a terrible place just dated. The location to the beach made it well worth the short comings.

Horrible don't go there

Seaside had roaches dirty no silverware no cookware for a studio that we had a kitchenette. At 12:00 a.m. it took us out of the hotel room and put us in a regular hotel room right across the street with no kitchen just a microwave when I told them that I have a child that's an infant I needed a refrigerator and they said they don't have anything to find out that they own 10 hotels in that area terrible everything that I bought that was frozen was garbage.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK !!! RUN

I would Definitely not recommend this place to my worst enemy ....STAY AWAY .We saw it on the website thinking ok this looks nice boy were we wrong .when we first walked in we knew this was not the place for us . We went to front desk / store ?? And were greeted with a rude mouth front desk clerk we went through expedia and were told we could not check in till 3 -4 pm i asked could we cancel because it did not look like a safe clean area . She kept asking us to leave our bags and go to beach or eat ...i went on to Klarna and expedia to cancel there was a woman in office said she hadnt had water for almost 3 days a guy asked us for money as soon as we excited the uber .And while we were there many complaints and ppl in a very small space . I have lupus And Anxiety i knew this was not the place for me. I honestly think this placed should be condemned we did find another hotel and they are still charging me for the room i did not stay in.. But honestly i would not have felt safe or comfortable there and maybe god was looking out for us could have been a bedbug problem or anything just know if you book this place in the future i hope you 1 pray over it 2 expect the worse .

Dont stay here! Filthy, mouldy, smelly. Gave us both breathing problems and huge headaches. We switched rooms as soon as checking in, second room only a bit better. Appliances looked like they had been picked up at the roadside as trash. Cracked floors, missing cupboard handles, horrible shower and bathtubs had neen painted over, with flaking paint and mold ....and since i used a phone to book, somehow Expedia app booked non refundable....i never do that, but couldnt see. Bookingvwas made in haste due to Expedia sister company VRBO host cancelling our week long booking at another property. I will post pictures of these two horrible rooms when we get home. We had to leave after one night we were so sick. My wife is asthmatic, she had a very bad night. The windows hadnt been cleaned in what looked like at least months. Again, dont stay here!!!

C’est assez decevant de faire autant de trajet pour arriver ( et avoir confiance en Expedia de recommandé des propriétés fières dignes de ce nom) et d’avoir un accueil de ce genre. On nous a offert une chambre qui sentait l’urine avec une humidité étouffante et l’air climatisé avait un bruit attroce (comme un vieux tracteur) La télé fonctionnait à font quand nous sommes rentré dans la chambre comme pour camoufler le bruit…de l’air climatisé Nous avons décidé de ne pas accepter cela et ils nous ont montrer une autre chambre inacceptable… Il y avait une trou dans le plancher devant la douche et de vieux meubles pas propres. L’odeur était moins pire que la première mais pas acceptable… Nous avons alors demandé un remboursement qu’ils nous ont refusé Dernière option Une chambre au motel Casa Pellegrino à 57$(prix verifier le soir du 15-16 janvier) Celle ci était la moins pire des 3 mais tout de même pas ce que nous avions réservé. Pour cette mauvaise expérience nous demandons à Expedia de ne pas charger ou de remboursé la totalité de cette experience tourné en fiasco.
