Alternative property offered
We were contacted 4-5 weeks before our arrival date to inform us the the apartment was not available.They offered a house instead of an apartment. In a similar area so it was no big issue for us.

Great Apartment close to Canary Wharf
Close to Canary Wharf and the Metro. Easy to use the Metro for getting close to the attractions. Apartment great for families with free WiFi which helps. Good to come back to a home away from home and be able to keep costs low by cooking. Canary Wharf has a Tesco (grocery store ) for stocking up and a pharmacy also. It is out of London so expect 30mins plus in travel time to all attractions in the city. Even though we had an amazing trip to London and felt comfortable in this accommodation. Would definately recommend.

Great place, great service
The apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and well maintained. The photographs on the website don't do the house justice.
We didn't understand the booking conditions (didn't read them) and as we were late checking in there was nobody at the property when we arrived. The agency sent someone as soon as they possibly could and we were only delayed by about ten minutes. We were very grateful for that.
Great place, great service but beware the late check in fee!!! :( Again we didn't read the terms and conditions.
I will definitely book this again. Thank you.

OUTSTANDING
Our stay was exeptional from the very begining till the end, our only issue was getting used to the tube, where the stations where and how to get around, other than that it was perfect. No complains

Unieke locatie, geweldig voor een gezin!
Had ik niet helemaal begrepen uit de advertentie, maar is een compleet huis in een rij met permanente bewoners met zelfs een eigen tuin. Dlr station om de hoek, je bent zomaar in het centrum. Huis was goed schoon. Wat kleine verbeterpuntjes zoals een losse toiletpapier houder, maar waar vind je nu een locatie met drie slaapkamers midden in London voor de prijs van een tweepersoons hotel kamer? Lidl is op loopafstand voor de dagelijkse boodschap.

Un tipico appartamento inglese
Classico appartamento di tre piani con scala di legno all'ingresso. Cucina, piccola camera e bagno molto stretto al piano terra, ampio soggiorno al primo piano e due camere con due bagni al secondo piano. I letti sono matrimoniali queen size, cioè una piazza e mezzo, piccoli per i nostri standard. La cucina è fornita di tutto, anche lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Naturalmente mancano i viveri. In soggiorno sono presenti due prese di corrente internazionali e due Usb per ricaricare i telefoni. Il mobilio è Ikea. C'è anche un piccolo giardino ma non curato.
Alla reception è facile trovare qualcuno che parla italiano.
La zona è tranquilla anche se periferica, a poca distanza c'è un negozio di alimentari aperto quasi sempre. Vicina anche la stazione della DLR con la quale si raggiunge il centro in 30 minuti e almeno un cambio. A poca distanza anche l'attracco della linea sul Tamigi
