Average and ageing. Everything including the towels is the same since 6 years ago. But some things have not been well looked after especially in the bathrooms. Felt a bit like a backpacker, deposit required for beach towels , rationed to request bacon at breakfast and u get 2 pieces, communal iron that you have to use downstairs after filling in a form, sign out for pool towels - the best thing is location and a great bed

The hotel staff were very friendly and was ready to help us with whatever we needed. By our arrival, they surprised us with a small gesture and some amazing snacks. The room was clean and they cleaned our room daily but there were some ants around the room. Overall, it was a very decent place to stay and very central.

Very Comfortable Room
The room at the Bluesotel was extremely nice and comfortable - big comfortable bed, nice views all around. Excellent room. The room also included a Jacuzzi bath - again an excellent feature. The problem was that the jacuzzi bath, once full, could not be emptied as the knob to open the bath plug did not work! Room service did not report the problem and left the jacuzzi full. Would have liked to use it again during the stay.
