The property was ideally situated for me to take a short stroll to where I was working. But there is no shortage of choice when it comes to, pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, or hardware, and a wide selection of boutique breweries and shops.

This property was dirty overall. The walls were dirty, the shower needed a good clean, the room smelt. The bathroom which faced the main road had no blinds for privacy; even though the glass was frosted it still would not provide the respectable privacy required. Overpriced at $179 per night. Stayed at several hotels during our tour of NZ that were cheaper and were excellent.

Working in Petone, it was only and 5 minute walk to Jackson St and right on Marine parade. Unit was clean and tidy.

Very convenient motel
Two nights. Room was clean and well serviced with a kitchenette (Microwave, kettle, fridge). Bathroom was clean with a bit of wear in places. The shower gel dispenser was difficult to use properly but nothing major. The motel is well located with only a short walk to many restaurants and a supermarket close by. It is also located close to SH2 which make it easy access.
