The hotel was fine, and the workers were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Chef Mustafa from kitchen , David from reception, Maria from animation team. The only problem with the hotel was internet connection. There is no free wifi in the rooms, only in lobby but the connection was very poor. Thats very strange in all inclusive hotel that the internet is a problem.

Almost Perfect

The grounds were beautiful and exceptionally well kept. There are some areas that are in disrepair and actually dangerous (loose stair rails). The staff was great and the food at Fusion and Mumbai restaurants were fantastic. The food at the daily buffet was good also. Just don't leave your plate on the terrace unguarded as the birds will steal it before you get back. We could always tell who the new arrivees were because they usually made this mistake and yes we made this mistake the first morning. I gave the hotel 4s across the board because there were just a few little things wrong that kept me from rating it a 5. The value for what you pay is exceptional and I would recommend anyone stay there but don't expect a 5 star resort but it is definitely a solid 4 star.

Eşimle kaldığımız 1 hafta boyunca oldukça güzel vakit geçirdik. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli personelleri çok ilgiliydi. Özellik Mustafa Şef ve Kamil şef çok yardımcı oldular bize. Mustafa Şefin bizlere bölgeler konusunda ve taksi konusunda yardımcı olması da oldukça güzeldi. Abu salam şef de bizlerle çok iyi ilgilendi bizlere yemek seçimi konusunda tavsiyelerde bulundu. Odamızı her gün temizleyen ve işini layıkıyla yapan Mohamed Abdelwahab'ı da unutmamam gerekiyor oldukça genç olmasını rağmen işini disiplinli ve güleryüzlü yapması oldukça güzeldi. Odamıza yaptığı ufak sürpriz de oldukça güzel ve komikti. yani kısacası tekrar Sharm'a gelsem kesinlikle aynı otelde kalırım. Herkese teşekkür ederim. Bir konuda daha bilgilendirme yapmalıyım yemekler ve temizlik oldukça güzeldi fakat kokteyller konusunda otelin kendisini geliştirmesi gerekiyor ve buz sorununa bir çözüm bulunmalı hiçbir içecek tam soğuk olarak gelmiyor maalesef.
