走到空鐵站大約6分鐘，市場10分鐘左右，客房雖老舊但住得算舒適，有飯店接駁嘟嘟車到捷運站，平時只送到巷口，拖著大行李的話會直接開到空鐵電梯口，服務挺好的，旁邊有家按摩店跟飯店有合作吧，掃QR code即可預約按摩，便宜又舒服。 房間裡面的衛浴及客廳洗衣機那稍有霉味，大致上都還不錯

這間飯店所在的區域，環境比 Nana、Asok 那邊單純很多！搭 BTS 幾站就能到 Siam 商圈，往北還能順逛夜市跟恰圖恰市集，交通相當方便！房間空間很大很加分！不過因為是公寓式管理，七天打掃一次，洗衣機是公共免費的，但需要自備洗衣精。另外走廊隔音稍微差了一點，入住時床單有些微髒污，還好我們有自備拋棄式床單跟淨水蓮蓬頭，用起來比較安心。整體來說非常適合喜歡大空間跟自主性高的旅人！ English Version The area where this hotel is located feels much simpler and quieter than Nana or Asok! Just a few BTS stops to Siam shopping district, and heading north quickly gets you to the night market and Chatuchak Weekend Market, which is super convenient! The room is huge, which is a big plus! Note that it's a serviced apartment, so housekeeping is only provided once every 7 days. The shared washing machines are free to use, but you need to bring your own detergent. The hallway soundproofing could be better, and we noticed minor stains on the bedsheets, but thankfully we brought our own disposable sheets and shower filter for peace of mind. Overall, a great fit for travelers who prefer spacious rooms and independence!

The apartment was clean and quiet. There was a front desk. The location is not at the center; we did not use the free tuk tuk but called taxi for going out. It is about 15-20 minutes to get to the center and the taxi cost $7-10 each way. The kitchen was only equipped with a small to medium pot and a frying pan without lid. It was okay for us as we only cooked breakfast.

This is a great choice if you’re looking for longer stays. The downside is they only do house keeping once a week or u pay a 500 baht fee for them to clean the room. The tuktuk is very convenient and takes u to the bts station. The front staff are friendly enough. The rooms are very clean and the views are nice.

Leider 1 Stern abgezogen, da in 3 Wochen nur 1 mal sauber gemacht wurde, obwohl 1 mal pro Woche angekündigt war. Weiterhin hat das gestörte WiFi in der ersten Woche die Urlaubsfreude getrübt. Ansonsten sehr aufmerksames Personal. Für den längeren Aufenthalt würde ich bestimmt wieder hier buchen.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour au Bangkok Patio

Nous ne somme restés qu'une nuit, mais nous avons eu un très bon accueil et un logement tout à fait correct et confortable. Le logement était très spacieux et avec tous les équipements nécessaires (étendoir dans chaque chambre, climatisation dans chaque pièce, vaisselle, plaque de cuisson...). Les personnes de l'accueil ont été très agréables et on pu nous renseigner à chaque fois. Il y a également un service gratuit de tuk-tuk de l'hôtel pour vous amener à la station de BTS (avec vos valises si nécessaire, car c'est un grand tuk-tuk). Si nécessaire ils peuvent venir vous chercher aussi à la station en les appelant. Par ailleurs, la station de BTS n'est qu'à 5 min à pied, et on est à tout juste 2 stations du marché de Chattuchak. On est légèrement isolés des restaurants et magasins, mais cela n'a pas été plus gênant que çà. La piscine ouverte jusqu'à 21h est également un plus pour se rafraichir. Personnellement je trouve que c'est une bonne adresse sur Bangkok que je recommande.

Regular guest facing bad experience

I have been a regular guest since 2010 and visited Patio every year in Dec without fail. Unfortunately, this would be the last visit. Disappointed by the front office staff who wanted to charge additional pax for my 2 small kids without even greeted upon checking in. Informed her that I hv been a regular guest and she mentioned that I have booked a smaller room. Secondly, spoke to the same staff to ask for bottled water to replenish and was told to come down to purchase. Stayed for 2 nights but was only given 2 bottle for the entire stay. Thirdly, housekeeping maid opened the door using her key after knocking several times without waiting while my family and I were inside the room. I find this is totally unacceptable. She could have waited a little while or give a call to the room. Lastly, about cleanliness. There were many pigeons dropping at the pool area when I went to the pool side from 530 to 6pm in the evening. Looked up at the rooftop and saw many pigeons were at the rooftop. Worst when I saw the droppings went into the baby pool and dropped at the perimeter of the poolside. This is harmful for the hotel guest and may contaminate the water. Hotel manager gave a call to apologise on behalf of the rude staff and I am thankful for the apology. I think the hotel should value their regular guest and not to allow the above mentioned occurences to happen again.

服務人員親切，房間空間非常大，住起來很舒適，也有陽台可曬衣服，離BTS有些距離，飯店有免費嘟嘟車可接送，退房後請飯店叫車去蘇凡納布機場，500銖含過路費，覺得還算合理。
