Funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. Café da manhã bom e localização excelente. Porém as instalações deixam muito à desejar pelo valor cobrado. A impressão é que o hotel está largado. Colchão torto. Roupa de qualidade inferior. Banheiro com caída da água invertida, causando vazamento. Geladeira com vazamento de água.

A limpeza estava ótima, atendimento ótimo da recepção. Achei o atendimento ruim da equipe do restaurante. Apesar de simpáticos, não eram proativos, pareciam não ser bem treinados. A cama e o travesseiro não eram tão confortáveis.

Em geral é bom. O hotel possui excelente localização de frente pra praia e o ambiente e a piscina sao muito bons. Os melhores restaurantes estão próximos ao hotel. As dependências do quarto são antigas e precisam de reparos . O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar pelo custo da estadia. Em geral os funcionários são muito atenciosos, mas o atendimento da piscina é péssimo, o atendente sempre de mau humor e tratou mal alguns hóspedes, principalmente crianças.

Hotel exatamente como nas fotos. Lugar muito bonito, pé na areia, com muitas opções de lazer e conforto. Pertinho de tudo, ótima localização! Quarto e banheiro amplos, limpeza muito boa, café da manhã excelente e funcionários muito atenciosos - todos eles! Quanto retornar a Jeri, me hospedarei novamente. Recomendo!

Lugar muito bonito, mas, precisa atualizar.
A localização do hotel é muito boa, porém, os apartamentos são antigos e tem cheiro de mofo. Fiquei em uma suíte familia e o sofá cama é desconfortável. No café da manhã, a funcionária fica acompanhando o balcão onde os itens estão dispostos e se apresenta com expressão fechada e nada simpática.
