In the Cheap Area
Blood on the pillow and sweat stains inside. Two pillows for three people and they'll charge more for extra. (Eventually gave us one). Make-up on the covers and other foreign marks spread over the sheets. Too far out from the beach / 200 Baht taxi ride away each way. Pool is tiny and almost constantly in the shade. Perfect for single blokes or young couples, or old men who want the more dingy areas / bars. Not good for families at all and they will charge you for absolutely anything and everything with a lovely smile
The staff are friendly but cannot speak a word of English, so gave up trying to explain stuff too them.
Beware of the lift as it will trap your arms or body like a vise like grip if your not quick enough to enter fully into the small confined space
The room was overall dirty, needed a lick of paint and a good scrub, they gave us a room which overlooked another hotel and a great big massive electric pylon which zapped and sparked every 10 minutes, you could almost touch it - not good if you have children who like to climb and touch stuff
