Great location, fashion room and king size bed.
The location is great! You can just walk to beach, shops or bars in few minutes. We had a pretty modern room with a super kings size bed. Due to it's location, it was a little bit noisy in the late night, but not really bothered us. And the breakfast is delicious too. My boyfriend and I really enjoy the stay.

Hotel en muy malas condiciones
Estuvimos del 3 al 5 de enero 2025 y La experiencia en este hotel fue algo complicada por no decir pésima!. Cuando llegamos el que estaba en recepción nos atendió súper amable (un chavo pelon) eso si no nos podemos quejar y nos asignó la habitación y no servia el aire acondicionado!!! Nos cambian a otra habitación donde no servia el WC!! Finalmente la solución fue darnos dos habitaciones. Una con cama King y la otra para mis hijos donde no servia el WC. De esta forma pasamos la primera noche. Al día siguiente otra persona en recepción nos comento que no podíamos estar en dos habitaciones ya que tenían el hotel lleno, nosotros le comentamos que si se arreglaba el WC. Con gusto dejamos la habitación de l cama King. Ellos aseguraron que quedaría lista!! Regresamos en la noche cansados después de un día de mucha actividad en Playa y nos encontramos conque la habitación no le habían hecho la limpieza y por supuesto con el baño todavía descompuesto, fuimos a recepción y estaba una 3er persona atendiendo la cual no pudo darnos ninguna solución ni explicación. Pasamos así la noche con un baño asqueroso y una recamara llena de arena y sin limpiar!!! No recomiendo este hotel para nada!! Lo único súper rescatable es la primera persona que nos atendió! De ahi en más fuera!

You can tell back in the days it's was a great Hotel but besides the staffing been nice and attentive. I won't actually atay that hotel again. You got be aware the have very limited to none parking and outside the local police are looking to give you a parking ticket (and none give you coins for your bills). One night we didn't have water. And I believe that place is overrated on the price of you compared to any Airbnb nearby.

**Soho Playa Hotel Review** Our experience at Soho Playa had several disappointing aspects. When we first arrived, there was no electricity. We had to wait in the heat, which was frustrating since all I wanted was to rest after our journey. The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach, about a 5-minute walk, so we decided to head there. I’m not sure when the power was restored since we returned to the hotel around 8 p.m. that evening. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the pool, but it was rarely clean. The hotel advertised a sky bar by the pool, which was nonexistent. During our 9-day stay, the pool was only cleaned twice, and that was because I specifically requested it. The worst experience happened on our last day. The fire alarms went off, and my son and I were terrified. The hallways were filled with thick fog, making it hard to see or breathe. We rushed out of the room, unsure of what was happening. The hotel administrator approached us and explained that they were fumigating and asked us to return to our room. However, the smoke had already started entering our room, so we had to leave and go outside to get fresh air. Although the staff apologized and admitted the fumigation was handled poorly, the situation was still unacceptable. The overuse of spray caused a lot of unnecessary panic for us and other guests. I understand mistakes happen, better management and communication could have avoid this kind of situation.

Bonito y buena ubicación!!!
El hotel en general me pareció bonito, muy cómodo, el estacionamiento es un poco pequeño pero para resguardo de vehículo está bien.... Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, está a una cuadra de la quinta avenida y a 3 cuadras de la playa por lo que puedes salir a caminar sin problemas! El unico pero que le pondría sería algunos detalles de limpieza y en algunos momentos está muy solo el hotel.
