I only stayed because I was tired from driving. Room was dirty, place is a dump. Got up in the morning and drove back home even though I paid for more than one night. I did not even want to shower in the place. Even the motel across the street had a full parking lot. There were 3 cars here. DO NOT STAY HERE

Friendly staff / Outdated Hotel
The front desk staff was very friendly, I guess that was to make up for the outdated room. The bathroom floor had hair clipping from the guess before and fake eyelashes stuck on the floor also. No saying the have bed bugs my wife got up with bites marks all on her neck and arms. The air conditioner had a mind of it's own worked when it wanted too. The room next to us just opening the door sounded like they were braking into your room. The pool and the staff was the best part of this place. But you get what you pay for.

For the amount of money we spent for two nights MOTEL stay, $630 for 3 adults, I expected to see a room with no maintenance issues. The management fixed the issues after I informed them about it. They might need to fix the bathroom door so it will close easily and door handle won’t be loose again.

Our balcony was located next to the trash cans, making it smell bad and preventing us from enjoying it. The bedding was sandy and uncomfortable to sleep in. The bathroom didn't have hand soap, and maintenance never came to see if we needed towels. Overall, it was a bad experience and we will not be booking with them again.

Pro- location is excellent. Sheets seemed clean Con- room was dirty. Baseboards were disgusting. Curtain was ripped, microwave actually had a hole in it and didn’t work. Water was a planned fix so turned off for an hour or so one morning with no notice given. Took 2 visits to the office to get tv working. Would never stay again.

STAYYYY AWAY!!! Front desk and Location = perfect; hence the one star. The rooms are absolutely not clean. The sheets in my room were visibly dirty from a prior guest, there was hair all through the sheets. I had to call the front desk from my cellphone since the room phone doesn’t connect to the front desk like at normal hotels. I was given clean sheets and had to make the bed over myself. The bathroom was disgusting, old urine and hair all over the bathroom and in the towels(attached photos), The shower had hair in it, the shower curtain had blood stains on it and there was a sour mop smell in the bathroom. Expedia made several attempts to have my room changed however, management refused to change the room, refused to clean the room and refused any form of compensation despite them providing me with a dirty room. I was will to take a refund and find a new hotel. Customer service is not a priority, it’s all about the money clearly. The day before we left(after we had to clean our own room) we had the do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping came to the room knocking, so we sat in there watching TV, minding our business and they proceeded to come in the room despite the sign being on the door. Definitely don’t want to leave anything valuable in the room. For what you pay here please go to another hotel, even if it’s up the beach a bit. This dirty motel is not worth the hassle at all. It can really ruin a good time.

Amazing Beachfront Property
This hotel is a perfect beachfront spot. Great service at the desk (Happy Birthday to the sweet Nicole and the General Manager was working at the desk one day and was equally awesome), the Premium Oceanfront room I booked was exactly as advertised (I'm often worried about the bait and switch where the online photos are one thing but reality is another lol) and there was no extra charge for parking ($20 per day for now than once car FYI). Private balcony that faces the beach, and within 10 minutes on foot, you can hit either good food, the ocean, arcades, souvenir shopping, and several bars. The pool was amazing and the housekeeping staff does a wonderful job. Worth every penny!
