We booked this place last minute after a bad experience at another hotel. This place was clean, a bit dated but overall maintained well. The staff was nice, breakfast was good, the pool looked great. Disabled parking and a ramp to the entrance with automatic doors was very helpful! A great budget friendly hotel close to all the theaters nearby.

The staff were helpful. The properties was maintained clean. Rooms had a working fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast was sparse. Waffles and toast. Juice and fruit some days other days not. Overall good value for cost of stay.

We needed a quick stay for a concert at The Greek Theater that did not break the bank. The location was perfect to grab a Lyft for an easy ride up the hill. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking on site is gated after dark.

A good place to stay in Berkeley. It is a good value, off street parking and near the freeway. Breakfast is included as well as coffee in the lobby. Staff is there when you need them. Stayed there with my girlfriend and wasn’t embarrassed by the place.

We were happy with our room. Best shower EVER. Towels a bit skimpy, no blow dryer in room, no ironing board, no laundry bag -- BUT desk provided a blow dryer when I asked. We were there 4 nights. Coffee and ice water in lobby nearby were a big plus. Breakfast no longer offered; would have been nice to know before we arrived - it was still on the website at the time we stayed at hotel. Pretty quiet with exception of The Night The Youth Group Stayed. But hey. Been there done that on both sides, so all in all, it was a good place. We would stay again.

Hotellihuone sinällään oli toimiva ja sopiva. Huoneessa kuitenkin oli muurahaisia, vessan valokytkin oli rikkoutunut, vessan ovi oli hyvin tiukka ja huoneen ja hotellin yleinen ulkoasu vaikutti vaativan pintapäivitystä. Aamiainen oli suppea. Hotellin henkilökunta tosin oli mukavaa ja avuliasta. Maustoi tarpeisiin ihan hyvin sillä yövyn vain pari yötä mutta pidempää majoittumista en tässä paikassa harkitsisi.

Area was a little sketch but security was pretty good. Rooms are dated but everything was clean and comfortable and quiet. No issues. Would definitely stay here again. Free parking and took a $15 Lyft to the Greek Theatre.

It's nice and clean and updated but the walls are thin and the breakfast is very continental. Could also use some new pillows. However, I will stay there again for the price and convenience.
