The staff were excellent, but unfortunately the property is seriously outdated. We were shown a number of rooms that were suffering from damp and mould, so we got a refund and decided to stay at another hotel. The hotel did there best to try and remedy the problem, but with a family of 5 in tow, with 3 young children, I decided that elsewhere would be best.

This is an adequate mid/low-priced accommodation that is showing its age yet is very clean. Pros: - able to check in at any time (I checked in at 8:30am) - well furnished room. My king bed room had a fridge, freezer, washing machine, bathtub, kettle, hairdryer, cupboard, desk. Soap, shampoo, disposable toothbrushes and cups present. - Linen and towel very clean. - large breakfast buffet spread (Chinese cuisine) - child friendly - free shuttle to PEK on the hour. Cons: - pick up from airport only works if you call their Chinese number. Don't bother w contacting them through hotels.com. Take DiDi and claim it instead. - the Chinese name of the hotel is 丰荣酒店but on DiDi it can come up as 荣丰 so do check the address before confirming the destination - overall condition of the building is run down but serviceable with chipped doors, mildew smelling lobby, old grouting in the bathroom - the bed is solid... I loved it but may not be your cup of tea - doors are thin so you can hear people outside. I'm a heavy sleeper, no issues for me. - did not notice any amenities around the area Overall I would recommend this hotel for budget conscious travelers who are not fastidious and wish to stay near PEK.

An okay hotel room with separate toilet and bath, besides 3 beds plus a sofa at the other side of a wall. The hotel could also provide an old shuttle bus going to the PEK airport about 2 km away. But only Chinese channels on the TV and the breakfast and coffee was awful!

The staff were all amazing in helping us out with difficult arrival times, and very accommodating, even with a language barrier, they were very helpful. Xiao Li, Xiao Hao, Xiao Yue, and Xiao Yang especially were helpful, and went above and beyond for us. Great price, close to the airport, and friendly staff, verything you need during a trip. I would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

**DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL ** We booked this hotel in order to sleep between two long flights. The free 24h shuttle won us over, as this would make it easy, or so we thought. This happened: 1). A day before the arrival we got a message on hotels.com in mandarin (so we used Google Translate) for us to contact them via the app upon arrival. After arriving we messaged several times and got no reply. We called the number provided on the app but they did not speak English. 2). We used the address on hotels.com for a taxi, but it turns out the address was wrong and there was no hotel there. 3). Searching for the address on Apple Maps this time, the address was listed as being at the actual terminal. With no way to find the hotel ourselves and no reply (still, a day later) on the messages via hotel.com, (and limited time as the whole reason was to get some SLEEP) we had to pick another hotel. AT THE VERY LEAST do not pre pay go this hotel (if you book it) as if you end up in the same position as us, you don’t have to pay for something you didn’t receive. VERY UNHAPPY!!

Hotel antiguo con alguna reforma. Las habitación estaba limpia pero el estado de muchas cosas y especialmente el baño, era bastante cutrillo. No estaba sucio pero de lo viejo, la sensación era bastante mala. En las fotos del alojamiento da la impresión de estar todo mucho más nuevo de lo que en realidad está. Y a las fotos que adjunto me remito. La habitación (doble superior) es más pequeña de lo que se ve en las fotos. Las camas, duras. El desayuno solo está de 6am a 9am, así que no lo probamos porque llegamos de madrugada y nos resultaba muy temprano. Deberían extenderlo al menos hasta las 10am. La ubicación es muy buena si quieres estar cerca del aeropuerto (a 8min en taxi). El personal es amable. Tienen un shuttle gratuito ida y vuelta pero a nosotros en la ida nos ignoraron totalmente, no vieno y nos tocó coger un taxi. Habia galletas gratis en la habitación pero al menos 3 estaban caducadas (fecha de la foto adjunta: 19 sept). Aunque es barato y conveniente para pasar una noche/conexión, la realidad vs la expectativa tanto por las fotos como por las opiniones ha sido de gran decepción.
