Stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights in August and to be honest - we could not fault the stay. The room was immaculate, the bed comfy - the little self catering area in the room was very convenient and we chrome cast a film or two to the TV while preparing food / drink. We had a view over the o2 arena as well which was lovely and unexpected. The air conditioning was easy to control and noiseless. Breakfast on the 19th floor had incredible views, staff up there were very attentive and friendly. Great convenience for the Troubadour theatre too - only a 2-minute walk away. Felt very safe in Canary Wharf too, the hotel is signposted from the tube station so you never feel like you’re lost in the city!

The studio apartment was very well laid out. All amenities were of a very high standard. Beautifully decorated. The staff in reception, cafe and bar were very helpful. I liked that the linen wasn’t changed everyday making it better for the environment and the views over the river were fabulous!
