8/10 Very good

Very well renovated motel, nice looking room, new bathroom fixtures. Good locaition off of I-91, small grocery in Northfield 5 miles away. Definitely recommend it, only lacks food/groceries nearby (looks like their restaurant is in the process of renovation though).

This is an old motel that has been renovated under new ownership. Not fancy, but clean, updated, and safe. New ownership is trying very hard to establish clientele and it shows.

It was just what I needed. A quiet comfortable place without any frills as I was just spending one night. The shower worked fine there was plenty of hot water. It was all good. And it was reasonably priced within my budget!

Room was very clean, the air conditioner was not a regular air conditioner. The room was very clean.

The place was completely renovated and reopened two months ago. Everything was spotless and the room was clean, comfortable and tastefully appointed. The new owners were super friendly. Definitely worth what I paid.

Vijay and Emma are newer owners of this hidden gem. The entire property has been upgraded. Immaculate, fresh bed linens and towels, washcloths etc. Also, my room had a refrigerator which I did not anticipate. That was definitely a plus!

Clean . New. Didn't like the fact my door was knocked on at 1100am saying I had to check out when my reservation said noon. The gentleman was rude. And rushed me out of there going so far as to follow me to the office and basically telling me to leave. Very unprofessional. That needs to get cleaned up. Nice place otherwise

2/10 Poor

Do not book this hotel! They told me my payment was declined and canceled my reservation and gave away my room. The only way I knew this was because I called the day off to make sure I could check in at 8 PM. No one reached out to me or Hotels.com to let them know, as I was getting regular confirmation emails from Hotels.com for my upcoming stay and that everything was all set. I had receipts from two months prior showing I had paid in full, and Hotels.com confirmed this when I called to speak with customer service. Thankfully, Hotels.com has great customer service and they set me up in another hotel, otherwise I really would have been stuck. I would avoid this hotel!

The motel is newly renovated and is very quaint. The colors inside were very nice with a feaure colored wall and the others to match nicely. The door to the bathroom was barndoor style and the shower was huge. It was easy to find.

The new renovation is beautiful. I loved my stay here. Yes, it’s a roadside hotel but the room was just as nice , even better, than a some chain hotels I have stayed at. I also appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in my room. Oh and the little snacks and water the left complimentary, Wonderful touch.

Overall it was great. The room appeared very clean & since the place was recently renovated everything was new. They added some sweet touches and it was very quiet other than the a/c; that thing ran very loudly. We will certainly stay again; you can’t beat the price for what you get.
