The staff was very welcoming and communicated with us well throughout our stay. The location is perfect. The hotel and room was decorated tastefully, clean and well appointed. The only downside was our room was a bit noisy. The window was directly over a parking garage which stayed busy all day and night. Thankfully, we had earplugs to cancel out the noise.

Es caro para lo que ofrecen. El cuarto era de 3 metros por 3 metros. Era sumamente pequeño para lo que cobran. Nos cobraron $350 pesos de estacionamiento por día, lo cual es carísimo. No entraron a limpiar la habitación por error de ellos. Cambiaban constantemente de recepcionistas y se perdía el seguimiento de las solicitudes que les hacíamos. Cuando salimos del hotel olvidaron pedirnos la llave de la habitación porque no era de tarjeta, sino que era un llavero con muchas llaves y me hicieron enviarlo por estafeta y tuve que pagar $412 pesos porque el recepcionista decía que el dueño le quería cobrar la llave por no haberla solicitado. No nos quisieron mandar una guía pre pagada así que tuve que hacer el gasto. No me volvería a quedar. La estancia salió mucho más cara de lo previsto.

Es un lugar encantador; decorado con un muy buen gusto y una muy buena ubicación. No coloque excelente solo porque el sitio solo cuenta con una plancha y cuando la solicite no me la pudieron prestar porque la tenia otro huésped.
