The check-in process was very difficult and took around two hours to resolve. When booking through an online travel agent, it appears the property doesn’t get your booking information needed to check in. I had difficulty getting through to the property by phone and had to help establish that my booking had been paid for before I could receive the check-in details. This is worth bearing in mind if you have plans or appointments after arriving, as the delay significantly affected my plans. The room itself had a number of issues. The bathroom light was not working, and there was hair left behind from a previous guest. The shower head and taps were very worn and would benefit from replacement. The ladder to the bed was extremely steep especially when coming down. I also found the towels quite small. The room was a reasonable size for two adults, and the location was convenient. There is a supermarket, pizza restaurant, coffee shop and pub nearby. Tower Bridge is around a 10-minute walk away, and Borough Underground station is approximately 15 minutes away. There was some street noise, including regular sirens, and there were people sleeping rough outside. If you experience any problems during your stay, make sure you report them to the property at the time as appears this is a big deal.

Room was very small. Basement. No air conditioning, just a small vent pumping out virtually no air. No way to get fresh air into the room. Not ideal given the week I stayed was the hottest of the year, but probably fine at other times. Shower good although you get shampoo and conditioner but not shower gel. Mattress comfortable. Room was very clean. Tesco/Greggs nearby. 15 min walk to London Bridge station.

Lovely apartment, everything we needed, didn't need anything big because only there for a weekend,so room perfect,it hadlcoffee maker ,kettle, iron,ironing board and hairdryer.easy to use ,to access48 hours with codes given before arrival day .AFew pubs nearby including wether spoon ,tower bridge just up road.We had a great stay , great communication throughout trip with hotel .

The mini apartment had been recently refurbished had everything was quite new and quite clean. We just found a travel-size bottle of shampoo in the shower that some previous guest left and that was not removed by the cleaners. The queen bed was small But comfortable, and there were no windows. No recycling was possible, as there was only one bin. Location was great and self check-in very handy with a door code that we received in advance. The property staff was helpful and provided us with extra coffee pods for the coffe machine.

I had the worst experience I have ever had. When I arrived at the property, I was unable to check in. I called them, and they told me I had to complete an online form because my booking agent had not provided my information. I had to call them a third time before they finally helped me complete the form, as there were technical issues. Was have to stand at outside the building with the heat . I was shocked when I arrived at my room. They gave me one of the tiniest rooms I have ever stayed in. There are only three very small rooms in the building, and unfortunately I was given one of them. The room was extremely hot, and they only provided a small fan. The ventilation was very poor because the window could not be opened fully, and the shower window was broken. The shower itself was nice, but the sink was extremely small, causing water to splash everywhere. You had to be very careful when using it. I don’t think this room should be used as guest accommodation. It feels more like a storage room than a hotel room. Secondly, the television was not tuned to any channels, so I was unable to watch the England vs Panama football match. The location is decent, with shops and a couple of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep at all during the night because the room was far too hot. The temperature was around 30°C, making it very uncomfortable. Very disappointing for my stay !
