Location is ok but bear in mind the mtr is a good 15 minutes walking briskly. Also note most of these are brick like streets so your suitcase takes a beating. I booked a supreme double and it was small, perfect for just me but probably not for two unless you are used to small studio set up in nyc. There are also two flights of stairs and no elevator. Overall it was fine however my biggest issue was the wifi. It never worked!

Staff here are amazing. We arrived at the hotel after a long overnight flight, super tired, and they allowed us to check into our room at no extra cost. We had an issue with our room, and they were really apologetic and moved us to a new room promptly. The hotel is located in a good area, close to many restaurants, a 10-minute walk to the metro and a 15-minute walk to a large mall. Rooms were clean and modern.

Nous avons été très bien reçu à l’hôtel. Ils ont eu de la difficulté à trouver notre réservation! Les chambres étaient très confortable et nous avons très bien dormis. Je trouvais l’hôtel un peu loin de la station de métro et autobus. Le personnel était très attentionné et même si ont ne l’avait pas demandé; Ils ont montré nos valises dans notre chambre! Le personnel à la réception était très sympathique.

Staff were friendly and helpful! There was a barrier language but with their actions, you can tell that they are willing to assist you in ways. Clean and orderly property. The room was spacious and quite modern. The only minor inconvenience is the confusing hallway and lack of elevator. Other than that, it was a great 4-day stay.
