I liked the fact that the property is very new and in good condition. The thermostat is good because you can lower the temperature at night without turning on the AC and drying out the room. That said, it was set to 64 degrees in cooling, which made the room uncomfortable and wasted energy. Why do that? At the same time, the fridge and freezer were both set to maximum cooling, and would have exploded the pop cans in the fridge. I brought my own thermometer and set them to 38 and zero, so that wouldn't happen. Again, why waste energy???
The bathroom was nice but the shower head stinks. Probably modern building codes to limit flow. They don't provide had towels so take your own or head to the local Walmart. You need to go there anyway to buy drinking water because Washington has had chemical tasting water for the last several years. Pick up a sink stopper and dish soap, dish rags, et,c, if you plan on cooking.
The light switch closest to the door, is for the 2 recessed lamps closest to the TV. The switch closest to the fridge, is a Master off, or "stupid switch". just leave it on(up). It should be a 3-way with a 3-way by the bed, to control the 3rd recessed lamp. The bathroom light switch is a motion sensor. A little bit of a nuisance but you can turn it off once clear.
All of the proximity sensor door locks worked well. I noticed 2 EV charging stations at the NE corner of the parking lot, but there may have been more. Laundry and fitness equipment looked good.
