We stayed as a Family of 3 in the Hesse Apartment The Location and Villa is great. After we paid we contacted the villa via Hotel.COM to inform them we were bringing 2 Dogs hotel.com advertised price was 30€ per dog the villa said this price is wrong and it would be 50€ per dog. After the first night we tried contacting them on the numbers given but were all wrong had to surf internet to find number. The Problem was the sofa Bed kept collapsing at top and bottom end first contact the second day was he never knew about it. Then we resent a a SMS to ask to fix the the problem. Unfortunately my daughter had to sleep on a sofa bed that kept on collapsing and waking her up at night for the whole stay. No apologies was ever given. So disappointing after we spent a lot on the booking and expected better service and at least a bed that we paid for. The Room is advertised for 4 people but only one double bed fit for sleeping on.
