I booked a one night stay for me and my boyfriend and I must say this was our first time staying there and everything was perfect. Staff was super nice, our room was gorgeous with a great view, and we will be looking forward to staying there again thank you for making our night perfect.

Hotel was great, very proffesional and courteous staff. At check-in Wendy had informed me that she can move us to another room for better access in order for my disable husband to get around without any problems. Great location, awesome breakfast. Only thing I can add is a better variety of snacks be availabe. Would highly recommed the HOliday Inn Hotel and suites to anyone.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, personable and helpful. I enjoyed the hot breakfast, there were a lot of options. The hotel is in a great central location between the beach and parks, plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast sucked and for a similarly priced room , I could have stayed at the hampton closer to the beach and with a top toer breakfast. Beds were stiff as a rock. Staff were nice and professional.

This location was great. We were close to everything we had going on. We did have one issue. We used hotels.com to book our stay. Website claims that this location is pet friendly. When arriving, we were told they are not pet friendly. The receptionist did go speak with the manager and for $75 pet fee for one night stay, they allowed us to stay. I explained that I have this same hotel booked for two rooms in May 2027 and will have a pet. Not sure what to do now... I did Google this Holiday Inn Express and under amenities it says pets. So I'm a little confused...

We enjoyed our stay. This hotel was located close enough to Amelia Island for our purposes. It was also near some new restaurants and Publix. We found everything convenient. The beds were comfortable on the staff was very nice.

One of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed with in a long time. Staff was above and beyond friendly as well as being professional. Breakfast was amazing. [Cook and server was astounding and meals were more than anyone could imagine] We would go back tomorrow if we had the time. How does one get points for future visits with Holiday express. Staff was very uninformative about extra $100 fee for damage and when to expect it to go back to your account. Also when i called about early checking he didn't say anything about extra $60 plus tax. I think you need to educate your staff more.
