"The family room was amazing and very comfortable. We really felt at home. The morning desk person was VERY unhelpful, condescending and rude. 2 of us left at 10am to pick up a car rental. We had to ask for a later check out and it was granted until 11:30. As our 2 other friends were busily bringing all our luggage down around 11:30, they returned to the room to get the the last pieces of luggage. The card did not work and the front desk person was so rude when we asked to gain access to get the bags. He said it’s 11:32 and you only had extension until 11:30…. Like he was going to keep our bag. He argued and only begrudgingly allowed us upstairs to get the rest of the luggage."

Everyone is very welcoming and helping we checked in before the check-in time and the best part is that the staff will go beyond the normal to make you feel at home I was not feeling well and the night receptionist he helped us to go to the local hospital at 2 am which is extraordinary.
