I really want to give this place a one star review just so people stay away and this stays available, but I can’t in good consciousness do that. This place has been nothing but awesome! Shan, has been extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. Messages were answered almost instantly. Recommendations were on point. He went out of his way to answer any and all questions I had, from Pokemon to hospitals. The hotel itself is extremely close to a lot of shopping and nightlife. The main drawback, and I get it, are the floors do resonate sound. If you are heavy footed, or have kids who like to run around, they may need to keep how they walk in mind. Otherwise, I have zero complaints! Definitely looking forward to coming back! Thank you for everything!
