Great place to stay, specially if you plan to head to the airport early. We will stay again, if the opportunity arises.

8/10 非常好

It is a reasonable priced property and close to the airport, even though not much can be spoken of the gym or swimming pool, food was well made and the breakfast pretty sumptuous, overall a decent stay.

6/10 不錯哦

The hotel was clean and tidy but the staff could have been more customer friendly and advertising should have highlighted the no Alcohol policy in the hotel.

It was a pleasant stay. But we encountered noisy nights with horns blaring through the night. They should noise proof their windows to have a peaceful sleep

Room - clean, tidy, well maintained Reception staff - Courteous, could have been little more welcoming Had breakfast only once - the main course variety could have been more, not saying less but compared to other 5 star hotels main course is less. Great stay !!

Check in takes longer. We reached the Hotel by 07.30pm. They told the room is not ready. We have waited till 08.30pm to get 1 room and till 09.30pm another room. We never expect service like this from ITC group

We just had a really great stay at the Fortune on Airport Road in Kochi! Honestly, the place feels brand new – everything is modern, super clean, and just looks nice. It even smells good as soon as you walk in, which is a great first impression. Our room was spotless. We really liked that they had all the little things we needed already in the room (like toiletries, tea/coffee), so we didn't have to call and ask. The staff we met were all very polite and helpful. We tried the food and liked it. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options, and we had lunch there one day that was tasty too. One small thing to know: the hotel is on a main road, so the traffic outside can get busy. But honestly, that's just how Kochi is in general. It didn't really bother us or ruin our stay at all. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again! Good stuff: Feels new & clean, great room amenities, good food, friendly staff. Heads up: On a busy road (but that's normal for the area).
