Thank you for taking such good care of me for three days. The explanations were clear, and the facilities were excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

The Rynek Główny main square is right nearby, and the hotel apartment was spacious enough. Even though we were in a prime location, street noise didn't reach the apartment. It’s a great choice for two couples—though a colleague and I had our own separate rooms. Having two toilets and showers was fantastic. Thank you! 😍😍😍

A very clean, well equipped and centrally located apartment. We were in an apartment facing the street and we did struggle a lot with the noise at night and early morning, although it was expected given the older building and how close it was to the sights, but it's something to be aware of for other light sleepers.

Have just returned from a lovely stay here. Clean, comfortable and spectacularly close to main square. I arrived when reception was closed but i was sent very clear instructions on self check in which included pictures. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs as there are bars close by which do generate noise but didn't bother me at all. If you have mobility issues i would be aware there is no lift. I had a great stay and will definitely rebook.

Clean and attractive- and air conditioned! Would be helpful to have more outlets in the kitchen and written instructions for washing machine.

Beautiful apartment, lovely and clean. The staff were super helpful. There was an issue with the A/C unit and they got it sorted while we were out during the day. Highly recommend!

I want to mention that Tom and Andrew were very helpful. There is no elevator and some rooms are on 3rd floor. Approximately 84 stairs to get to the 3rd floor. There is a TV in the room and an outdated safety deposit box. Small kitchen but well equipped. All in all, the place is wonderful and very conveniently located.

Staff is only there for part of the day and the instructions to do self check in were clear and easy to follow. The staff was nice and the room was great and very well kept. The hot water doesn’t last much longer than 10 mins but it’ll refill again. Even though it’s 1 block away from the city center it was super quiet and I didn’t hear a single noice from outside. Also, this place is not handicap accessible.
